This is my second tutorial on how to draw Rini from Sailor Moon only in teenage version. Sorry if you were expecting her as a child, it was kind of difficult for me to draw her face like that.. DX
Anyway, I hope you have fun learning, I most certainly had fun drawing her ^.^
The next tutorial I make might be on how to draw just basic stuff like eyes and hair, and then I might start drawing bishounen more xD
