How to Draw Spawn


A CIA agent, Simmons witnesses his boss' indiscretions and is killed by him. He is sent to hell, and makes a deal with the devil to become a hellspawn, in a desperate attempt to see his wife one last time.

Step 1-

Start sketching this mid shot of Spawn with grey guidelines. An oval for the face, a large curve for the clloar of the flowing red cloak, and stick figure hands and legs.


Step 2-

Now draw in the figure with its muscles and fancy costume. He has spiked armor on his arms and a chain belt.


Step 3-

Fill in pure red with the paint bucket for his cloak and use greay with the air brush for the folds.
