Lin is one of the Kagamine twins. Unlike his sister Rin who hides her feelings, he genuinely cares for Chibi-Miku.


Step 1 -
There is a swing in his walk which you can best draw with the guidelines shown here. Sketch in the stick figure legs and arms and see that the large head sits neatly on the shoulders.


Step 2-
Use transparent shades with a fill tool before you add the details. The skin tone is pale and there are highlights in the hair. The jacket swings out, giving him a purposeful walk.

Step 3-
Add finishing touches by cleaning up the black outline. The eyes have highlights too that make it come alive.
