TUTORIAL DETAILS
It's kinda easy. Just use the fill tool, opacity 40-50, and then just first, add a base color, and then shade it with darker color, and then burn the shade by using the airbrush tool for the darkest color, and then highlight the hair by using the airbrush tool and the light color.
