Step 1 -

For the guidelines, use the pencil tool to sketch in a pale grey large circle for the head and one for the body. Draw stick hands and 2 curves for the ears.

Now sketch in the details of the large eyes with tiny dots for the eyeballs. A centre line divides the eyes.Flesh out the arms and fingers and ears too. Erase any extra guidelines with white paint using the pencil tool.
