Cartoon Icon of the 1930s… here is Betty Boop! Follow this step by step tutorial and you can learn how to draw your own Betty Boop picture.

Step 1
Do the outline with black pencil. As you can see, Betty Boop’s head is larger than normal. The rest of her body though has the curves and proportions of a regular cartoon woman.

Step 2
I’ve used the airbrush and pencil tools to colour her in. The colours are also transparent Watch how Betty’s dress has been shaded. I’ve given her dog a few grey shades and done a big red heart for the bg. That’s it for Betty Boop!
