How to draw a cookie monster

‘Me want cookie!’, I think the cookie monster has the right idea- cookies are a great sometime snack. So are cupcakes. Today I’ve done an easy step by step tutorial on how to draw a cookie monster. Here he is chomping on a cupcake.

Step 1
With a thin grey pencil, start by drawing 2 circles with smaller circles inside them. These are the cookie monster’s eyes. Draw the rest of the details.

Step 2
Now we’re ready to colour. I’ve used the pencil and airbrush tools to colour in the cookie monster. I’ve used transparent colours and done the shading by making the same colour darker where needed.

Finish the colourning and your cookie monster is done!
