TUTORIAL DETAILS
Eyes are the windows of your soul. You speak with your eyes...They tell a tale of their own.

Step 1

I began this sketch with guidelines to show the facecut. I drew 1 horizontal line to align both eyes, and another above it to align the eyebrows. Next I drew a horizontal line above and below the centre line for the eyes. This is to get the almond shape to the same proportions in both eyes. Since the shape of the eyes are formed by the cheek bones and nose, I've put in these as well.

Step 2
Now I begin the coloring using the airbrush with a transparent thick dull pink. I work over this with a transparent darker brown airbrush. Then I airbrush in the light pink highlights.

Step 3

I color the eyes with a bottle green airbrush. Then use transparent black pencil lines to put in a suggestion of eyelashes that wing outwards. I use the same black to color the pupil which is dark under the eyelid and has a black outline.

Step 4

Highlights are a must to bring life to the eyes. A large white flttened dot above the centre of the pupil will brighten it. Pencil lines iin pale pink for the eyelids above and below give it life.
