Ovals and circles. That's what you need to be able to draw first. To sketch these ovals, I draw first one side of the curve. Then I lift my hand and start on the opposite side of the curve. I drew all the ovals for the cymbals, then drew the ovals for the drums.
Step 2- The figure is in action and takes centre stage. I then filled the background in shades of blue, merging the airbrushed strokes with slightly transparent color.
Step 3 -
Now I airbrush in shades of yellow for the drums and cymbols. Their stands need to be delicate and thin.
Step 4 -
Finally, I finish the painting with a thin pencil line for outlines and squiggles for the darks and highlights. This gives it a delicate style of its own.
i think its quite difficult to draw the drums.i didn't rate the tutorial poor but my own self for drawing such poor, disastrous drums in the world. hoping that i ll b soon able to draw such nice cartoons in my little life
