How to Draw Ninja

How to Draw a Ninja -

This Ninja is in silhouette and in action.

Step 1-

To draw this Ninja, I used grey pencil lines and began with a stick figure. An oval for the head, the shoulders crouch over and the stick arms swing out. I boxed in the hands. Then a V for the chest and stick legs.

Step 2 -
At this stage I focused on fleshing out the figure with black pencil lines. I was careful to put in the bulge of the armor, the belts, cap and face cover and the sword.

Step 3-

Now that I had the figure in place, I used a thick transparent airbrush in overlapping shades of orange and brown to fill up the background.
