How to Draw Toad-

Toad is a fictional humanoid mushroom in the Mario series of games.


Step 1 -

I started this sketch with the simple basic shapes of the circle for the toadstool cap, a curve under it for the head, a bulb shaped body and 2 humungous shoes. I then put in stick arms and blocked in the hands.


Step 2 -


Next, I colored the face and hands and chest in pale orange using the paint bucket tool. I airbrushed the grey for the hat and a dark brown for the shadows in the skin tone and shoes.


Step 3-


I finally finished the drawing by pencilling in the black eyes, the wide smiling mouth and the outlines for the whole drawing. I added white pencil highlights for the eyes and pale pink highlights for the skin.
