How to Draw Chibi Matt from Death Note -


Here's a Chibi with attitude.

Step 1 -

To draw Chibi Matt, I used grey pencil guidelines. Since he's a chibi, I began with a large circle for the head. The rest of the body is small in comparison. Then I put in the face with horizontal lines to align the eyes, nose and mouth.


Step 2-


Next I used a black pencil to sketch in the details of the face, patterning stripes of the T shirt and the shoes.


Step 3 -


I colored this drawing with the paint bucket tool using shades of orange for the skin tones and reds for the hair and sideburns. The eyes are green withblack pupils and white highlights.


Step 4 -


The top eyelids have a darker thicker black line and are emphasised with a dark green shadow that fall beneath them on the eyes.
