How to Draw Marik Ishtar-


The heir to a clan of tombkeepers, Marik hates the nameless Pharaoh so much, he disregards his duties and turns to a life of evil. He later develops a split personality.

Here's another guy you really don't want to get mad. Behind this happy pretty face lurks a dark side you don't EVER want to meet. This Close Up of him is dominated by his eyes and hairstyle. The clothes are casual and worn with ease.


Step 1

I've begun with the guidelines fir his face, giving him a nice pointed chin and framed his face with his hair.


Step2

Details are added here with a thick black pencil


Step 3

The large eyes and bangs that fall with an attitude, dominate the picture. I used the fills carefully to my advantage, changing the opacity
when needed.


Step 4

This step is for cleaning up the outlines which I've done with black pencil. I've also added a few shadows with dark brown. The background is airbrushed blue.
