How to draw Kaname Kuran

One of the few remaining pure blooded vampires, Kaname is the feared and respected Night Class President. Though cold and authoritative to others, he has a very large soft spot for Yuki and is always sweet to her. Here’s a step by step tutorial on how to draw this gorgeous vampire.

Step 1
An egg shape forms the guideline for the head. Inside it, also in grey pencil are the guidelines for the eyes, nose and mouth.

Step 2
I’ve drawn the outline for my picture with a thin black pencil. I’ve also filled in the details, using the pencil and the line tool for straight lines

Step 3
I’ve drawn the details of Kaname’s shirt and coat using the pencil tool. I’ve used a dark transparent brown for his hair and added highlights in a lighter brown. For Kaname’s white jacket I’ve used the paint bucket tool and put in shadows in a light transparent grey. There you have him… the super cool Kaname Kuran complete!
