How to draw Madara Uchiha

Madara Uchiha is the major antagonist of the Naruto series, being responsible for the Nine-Tailed Fox Attack, Uchiha Clan Massacre, and Akatsuki. He is also the founder of Konohagakure, Akatsuki and the Uchiha clan. He is one of the few to be able to wield the Mangekyō Sharingan. Follow this free step by step tutorial and learn to draw him!

Step 1
I’ve sketched the guidelines with light grey pencil- an egg shape for his head and guidelines for his eyes, nose and mouth.

Step 2
I’ve used a thin black pencil to fill in the details of his face and hair. I’ve outlined his armor with a thick black pencil. Next I’ve erased all the unnecessary guidelines.

Step 3
I’ve used the paint bucket to fill in wide patches of colour- the base colour for his hair and face and the shadow. I’ve done additional shading for the hair with the pencil in transparent black and thin white (for highlights). His armor is done in the same way with a base colour done with the paint bucket and a transparent dark shade and white highlight done with a pencil. The background is airbrushed with transparent dark red and black.
