How to Draw chibi Inuyasha -

Inuyasha is a manga feudal fairytale. Inuyasha - the half demon sets out to steal the divine Jewel of Four souls that can make him a full demon. Kikyo shoots him with a sacred arrow sealing him to a tree and dies with the jewel burnt with her body.

Kagome the modern day girl, is pulled down a well by a magical centipede where she travels through time and rescues Inuyasha. Together, they chase other demons to save the gem from being misused.

Step 1-

Chibi Inuyasha sits here, thinking up his next move. I began my sketch with grey pencil guidelines of a large circle for the head. Then I drew the curve for his long hair and stick legs and hands.

Two slanting lines on the head indicate the demon ears.
Step 2-

With a black pencil I then outlined the face with a curve for the cheek and the pointed chin.

I fleshed out the long sleeves and billowing pants with a bow at the waist. I drew in the two ovals for the feet with the toes.

Step 3 -

Now to add the colors. I used a bright red airbrush for his clothes and pale blue for his hair.

Inuyasha is ready to get the divine jewel in The Final Act.
