Step-
Wanda and Cosmo in Fairly Odd Parents are actually fairy godparents. It is one of the greatest television cartoons of all time.

Step 1-
Start by sketching in grey pencil guidelines for the head - a circle. Then a skeleton stick figure body. I drew a curve to box in the fingers and an X with a straight line in the middle for the 5 pointed star.

Step 2- I now used a black pencil line to draw the whole figure. The oversized eyes are ovals and the mouth is wide with the teeth showing.

Step 3 -
To color this is I airbrushed the green hair and the pink face. Then I used the paint bucket to outline and fill in the pant and shoes.

When Cosmo waves his magic wand, all is well with the world.
