how to draw Arbiter from halo Arbiter is a fictional ceremonial, religious and political rank bestowed upon alien Covenant Elites in the Halo science fiction universe. 1. Lets start to draw rough sketch of the arbiter. First step that we do is sketching out arbiter head and torso. Then draw his arm and hand that holding a weapon. 2. After rough sketch is done, fill it with white transparant layer then re-draw lines that we made before. Sketch is done and ready to add colors. 3. Arbiter look like a robot that made from iron so we apply h.appy- haha. color as basic color. Then add shadows by filling some part with darker color. 4. Add color yellow color to his eye and darker h.appy- haha. to every joint. Add colors also to his sharp teeth and to his tongue. 5. Give highlights effects, use Brush tool and choose brighter color. Draw motifs on his iron costume. 6. Add more details on it and give shiny effect to arbiter's eyes and weapon. Last step give background, you can choose any color that you like.
