Then I drew 2 large circles for the eyes and stick figure body with hands and legs in action. Step 2 - To color in Buttercup from the Powerpuff girls, I used the paint bucket tool and filled in solid colors. I began with a pale pink for the face and arms, then used green for her eyes and finished it with black for her short black hair in a flip. A very thick black pencil outline gives the figure a strong look. Finally i dreesed her up in a green costume to match her eyes. Here comes Buttercup to the rescue!
