How to Draw Blossom from the Powerpuff girls - The Powerpuff girls is a movie that has won many awards. The 3 little super girls use their super powers created by the Chemical X to defend their town from villains and giant monsters. Blossom is the smart character who acts like a parent to Bubbles and Buttercup. The costumes are simple and the cartoon style is bold and cheerful. Step 1- To draw Blossom, I began with grey pencil guidelines. I first drew an oval for the head - I find it easy to draw 2 semi circles to make this oval. Then I sketched in the stick figure and the curve for the large bow on the head and her hair. Step 2 - To paint Blossom, I used the paint bucket tool to fill in solid colors without any shading. First the orange hair, then the pink skin, and last the red bow and dress. The eyes have an outer ring of red, an inner one of black and a pure white highlight. Step 3 - Then I outlined the whole painting first with a very thick black pencil and the bow and mouth with the thinner pencil line. Watch Blossom in action - blowing ice and fire!
