How To Draw Washu Hakubi From Tenchi Muyo!

This is Washu Hakubi from the 1990's anime "Tenchi Muyo!". Washu is portrayed as a mad scientist who created Ryoko and Ryo-ohki and seems to solve everyones problems. She is the self proclaimed "greatest scientific genius in the universe" but prefers to be called little Washu. Washu appears mostly as a 12 year old child even though she is older than the multiverse and has two younger sisters; Tsunami and Tokimi.


I decided that im going to draw and make tutorials of the entire tenchi cast seeing as no-one has even attempted to do so already. .
