How to draw Nebula from Sapphire Shine

Sapphire Shine is (C) Copyrighted to me. This is a tutorial on how to draw my character Nebula from Sapphire Shine. This is mostly for my latest contest on Sapphire Shine (group). But for those who are not a member of Sapphire Shine (group), you can use that tutorial too. Nebula is 14-16 years of age, and she has white skin. In this tutorial, the face doesn't appear. But her eyes are blue. The eyes are not too big or not too small. They are midtoning blue. She uses the power of the nebula. She has purple hair with pink stripes, just for designing. There are blue toning on the tip of her hair. She wears purple and white clothings, but in this tutorial are not her actual clothes. Honestly, that's just a tutorial how to draw Nebula. She had four Sapphire diamonds on her hair and her clothes. She is part of the team of Sapphirania Island. I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
