How to Draw Rin Kagame -

To Draw Rin Kagame from the manga anime series, I used a Close Up of her face and wide innocent eyes.

Step 1 - I sketched in a large circle for the face - a little of it goes out of the frame on top. I drew two horizontal lines for the eyes and 2 for the nose and mouth.
1 line aligns the shoulders.

Step 2 -
Next I used the spray technique with the airbrush tool to fill in the skin tones and rosy cheeks. The eyes are bright and have large pupils in green. The upper eyelid is thick with eyelashes. The nose and mouth are small.

Step 3 I color in the sailor dress in navy blue with a yellow strip. The hair I paint in waves - its bangs falling all around the face. I painted in the background with a lime green shade.
