Its Shinku from the anime/manga Rozen Maiden ^.^

This one was a lot of fun to draw.
Especially the background. It adds darkness and passion to it.

The "red things" are supposed to be rose petals. Have you seen the opening where Shinku seems to point her finger to the screen?
Yeah, well rose petals are flying around her as she does so. :)
