There is this little girl puppet from Princess Tutu who is cute and silly and plays a drum. Another girl named Ahiru "takes care of her" but isn't her mother. When ever Ahiru or Duck says quack she turns into a duck and turns back human if she gets wet and has her neaklass is on. Fakir once found Ahiru as a duck and took her home with Uzura and Uzura threw water on her which made her turn human loseing all her feathers *a.k.a naked* Princess Tutu is a awesome anime and it's funny so I think you should watch it! :D
