This is a picture of N (Near or Nate River). He is from the anime Death Note and is one out of two of L's succesors who hope to follow in his foot steps and be the "Second L". But L had died and he hadn't decided yet. The head of the orphanage decided if he and Mello ( the other succesor, Mihael Keehl) worked together but Mello refused and joined a Mafia instead.
