Perfect vocaloid manual for Dummies

Recently I've gotten vocaloid2 (yay) and I've seen tutorials, now I wanted to put some tutorials and mash it up for vocaloid users like you-

Tutorial 1

How to Make your Vocaloid Breath.

First add lyrics on your track, leave some space! Next you add another track for your breath. Add a note (can be long or short) and right click the note. Click on "properties" and under the phonetic chart add

How to Edit your Vocaloid's voice.

Go to Audicity, adjust the settings in singer editor2 from-

Breathness- 0

Brightness- 64

Clearness- 20

Gender- 5

Opening- 50

Edit in Audcity now since your done with the song in vocaloid. First edit in Compressor in Effects. Change the Threehold to -10. Change the noise floor to -40. The raitio to 10:1 , the attack times 0.2, the decay time 1.0. Amplifier just click on the settings. But first edit in Equalizer. Not too much clearness.

Or you can edit with Sound Booth, or FL Studio.

Vibrato.

There are types of vibrato. The Extreme, fast, normal, and slight. The fast is fast lol, the extreme is extreme. Lol this is just the basics.

How to make a Japanese Vocaloid sound English or at least Engrish..

Use the romanji listed above. Here are some I figured-

Go all the way to the beggining. At the lower left next to "singer", change it by double clicking on the arrow. THAR. DONE.

Click open, then click the VSQ you had downloaded. Make some edits on your vocaloid including "breaths." and some eidts on audicity. THAR FINSIHED.

Do not change the notes, it will sound like it's going to sing. But add some emotions..idk you do it.

Making beats.

A vocaloid has voices, but no music? Just go to Fl Studio, or Fruity Loops and add some beats. There your done, also save it.
