After coming out of the jungle, sonic went into eggman’s pyramid base alone while knuckles and tails stayed out side waiting for him to return.
“So I can see that you have come here and have ignored my warning. Well I guess that I’ll have to kill you and your friends! Welcome to your doom, sonic!” said eggman from his control room. “It’s only me eggman! My friends are waiting outside.” shouted sonic. “Is that so? Well you just made my job easier, fool! Say good by, sonic the hedgehog!”
