my own reality chapter 21

Chapter 21:
Waking up in Jacob's arms might have been the best thing that happened at the time. I was so scared last night. That dream scared me to death though I'm glad I kept my calm. I nudge Jacob awake and his eyes twich open.
"Jacob. Something happened last night. Please wake up."
Instantly his eyes are open and there's concern reflected into them.
"What is it? What happened last night?"
"In a dream. I had a realistic one again. Demons took me and Lucifer...He wanted to talk to me about being on their side instead of God's...He said you weren't good for me. That he'd take better care of me than you. I didn't listen but I was scared..."
"It's ok,Skylar. You know I won't let him hurt you or anyone else."
Jacob lays his head on top of mine and kisses my head.
"Come on we have to start training. It's Sunday."
"Wait, Lucifer also said that my parents were in Hell. That I could see thme if I joined them."
"NO! You will not see them. They aren't in Hell. Don't listen to him. He lies."
I nod then ask," Can we go to church? I think it'll calm me down."
"Yeah,sure, why not?"
Jacob materalizes a dress for me and him jeans and a T-shirt. We head to church right before the big bell rings.

Church felt nice. It relieved me of stress as of Jacob's. We practice with my gifts again and they get better. Even Jacob said I was improving greatly. We don't work alot because Jacob doesn't want to strain me because of what happened last night. So we decide to have a lazy day for the rest of our day.
"Ok,pick a movie. Any movie."
"Well, I was wondering if we can see the old classic Dracula."
Jacobs smiles and says sure. We watch Dracula and we laugh at some parts and I hide my face in the crook of Jacob' arm. He laughs at that and puts his arm around me to comfort me. At the end it didn't make sense but I could have cared less. Ugh, I need to burn off some weight! I feel so fat from eating all that popcorn.
"You aren't fat,Skylar. You're so skinny I can fit my hand around your waist."
"Oh, so you can read my mind now?"
"I've always been able too."
I clearly have a shock but he just laughs.
"I don't do it all the time. Only time to time."
"Oh, ok. But still I'm like...what...98 pounds?"
"Uhm,yeah, but I'm like 150 pounds of packed muscle."
Hahaha, very funny. Grrr, I really need to lose weight and so does my big boy right here,I think.
"I think I need a shower. Very hot here.
"Oh...Ok."
Jacob sees that my mood was deflated and holds his hand out.
"I was hoping you'd join me,silly. I'd never let you out of my god damn sight,got that?"
He chuckles at his words but I grab his hand and he pulls me up. Off we go to the shower.
