What is poetry to you?
For me poetry is everything. I don't know what I'd do without it. My life pretty much would be in a total wreck because the poems I write are true, pure and they sooth my pain and my tears. My life revolves around poetry! It helps me bring out my true self and feeling.
What is the point of poetry you might ask?
Well, there are many points. We all see different sides to it. Poetry is an expression of feelings,emotions,images written by you and only you. No one else can write their pain or sorrow of something like anyone else. They may relate but the words have different meanings and bring different pictures and feeling to mind!
Who can get inspired?
Anybody can get inspired it all depends on the reader, the writer and the words used in that poem. Everyone writes differently and they format it differently, too! To be inspired you have to read the right type of poem. But, who's to say you like something you never got into before?! Poetry tends to have that affect on some people and it sometimes doesn't. More or less, it depends on the person, really.
Poetry is fun and it's something everyone should try at some point in their life!
