a good progam(s) for computer drawing

good programs for comperter drawing i would have to say that it will be Adobe Photoshop (any versons) but,on the other hand, I would recomend, (srry bout the bad spelling) if u are new to drawing, use paint.net. paint.net is a free download on the website,u guessed it, paint.net. please dont use microsoft paint for this(it sucks).k i hope that helped.
