Question: How do you determine that a tutorial or picture is 'featured' I'm curios because 2 of mine have been featured, and I don't know why...They don't seem to have a substantial amount of views or...

I know for a fact that its hard to draw a nice picture online so if it is created nicely and looks good I do feature them
