Tyrion lannister is a major character in the first , second and the third seasons. His role is played bu star Peter Dinklage.
And here's how we draw him: Step1: Do an outline of the face structure and the body til shoulders. Step2: Now with a thinner pencil draw the facial features like the eyes, nose, ears, facial lines etc. Step3: Once the basic drawing is done with, trace the drawing with a thin pencil. Step4: Time for colouring! Did a grey background. Blackish shade on the clothes. A decent skin tone with the facial hair near the chin. Golden Hair with a tinge of dark shade to give the shine effect. Similarly on the face a darker shade is used. Brown eyes with a tinge of white to have them reflect. And you're done. :D
