Edward Elric, aka the Fullmetal Alchemist is the youngest State Alchemist in the country. Size definitely doesn't matter in his case, because he may be small, but he sure is powerful.
This is a dramatic low angle shot of Edward on a black background for more impact. His pose, with his clenched fist and the lightning flashing down his arm make this little guy look mighty impressive.
To draw Edward, start first with guidelines in 30% black pencil lines. Sketch an oval for his head and stick lines for his arms with a large circle for his shoulder and a smaller one for his elbow.
Add details with an opaque black pencil and erase the guidelines with a white pencil.
Colour as usual, starting with a midtone and adding shadows in darker, more transparent tones, and highlights in lighter ones. A thin black pencil outline for the face and hair give them more definition.
The background is airbrushed with black. Use a thinner airbrush size with slightly transparent black near the face and figure.
The lightning is done in white lines and a few light blue ones. Next airbrush over it with a transparent white for the glowy look.
You can do the symbol on the right with a thick white pencil. Since it is on a black background, you can use black to erase your mistakes.

i can draw pretty good with a pencil but on this site i'l probably never reach your level lol
It was like that when I first started. I do have a digital pen that makes it much easier to draw. Try slowing the speed of the tutorial and play it back many times until you're familiar with the lines. Then draw it step by step. Chin up! Practice makes perfect. Enjoy the journey.

Thanks. I'm sure you can draw him too. Start by playing the animation on a slow speed and watch it a few times. Then use the same guidelines for proportions and copy it on paper.
