The ac roars as it freezes the room bellow 19. The water cooler is leaking
Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip… it goes letting out each drop one after another.
The walls, the ceiling, the floor all white making it feel like if I´m at the south pole, the air conditioner isn´t helping that fact.
A computer screen flashes in front of me, but still I don´t know what to do.
The silence is too much, it´s depressing just thinking about it.
Can I be asleep?
Is this all a dream?
Anyone would kill for this job, and yet I hate it. Why?
I catch myself only thinking on what I could do if I didn´t have to come to work. All the accomplishments I could have accomplished only if I didn´t have to come to work, like fix the pipes under the sink, retile the bathroom from the water mess, plant some more flowers out front, if I didn´t have to come here I wouldn´t have to plant more flowers they would have still be living, take the cat to the vet.
But what am I to do, I just have to sit here and wait.
