Chapter 7:
I don't know why this keeps happening to me but it does. I black out whenever I'm nervous or scared or angry. The only thing to keep them at ease is Jacob. Something about him is off. He is always where I am. I have to figure out what's up with him.
I wake up again in the nurses office and the first person I see is.....Jacob. Jacob Maximum. He sees me looking at him. We lock eyes and I can't seem to get enough of those eyes. Boring into mine. I feel myself getting up and walking towards him. The voices are back and tell me to go with the flow. I can't believe I'm doing this, but I listen to them.
"Hi,um...did you bring me here?" I ask him stupidly.
"Yes, I did. I followed you out of the cafe. That's when I heard you scream. I rushed towards you and brought you here."
"Thank you for...ummm doing that. You didn't have to do that."
After the nurse released me, Jacob and I were walking out talking. I'm surprised that the voices in my head has shuten up. I smile to myself like I'm talking to myself or something. We are now in last period and it's math.I groan in annoyance hoping Jacob didn't hear.We walk into class together and all eyes arre locked on us. Mr.Dilsin tells us we're late and to take a seat. I see Vivian and she has a disgusted look on her face like I've done something to her. Then, I see Laurent and Mel sitting together with the most silliest looks ever. Jacob and I of course sit togther because they're the only seats left. I can't help, but sneak a peek at Jacob. I feel wonderful around him. I don't know why. It's like he feeds me with wonder....calmness...everything. I'm apparently to distracted that I didn't even notice Mr.Dilsin was calling my name.
"Miss.Skylar Maysin?"
I blink several times before saying the dumbest thing in the world
"Huh?"
Everyone laughs at me. I put my hood up and turn my ipod on to drown out the laughing. The only one not hear laughing is.....Jacob. I don't dare to look at him, but I can feel his stare on me. I shudder and sink low into my seat and wait until this stupid class is over.
I am dne with chpter 7 hooray!!
I'll do chpter 8 in a few or tomorrow.thnk u for reading my story.
