Oii, he's more than just a two tailed pilot fox. He's a mechanical, fun loving adopted best friend/ brother of Sonic the hedgehog, and yes, he has a I Q point of 300. He has evolved from having to twist his til to fly alone to just flying by spinning automaticallyLycanDrawer12
